Council Members Present: Ryan Durant, Diane Edtl, Kim Adams, Mike Adams, Nicole Brinkerhoff, Aimee Payne,

  1. Approve Minutes from March Meeting – No vote due to lack of quorum

  1. Business Items
    1. TSSP/Land Trust
      1. Budget
        1. According to the report, it doesn’t appear that we’ve enough of the money that we budgeted. Some of the line items will come out at the end of the year for salaries and benefits. For other items, we can pay for items and reimburse other accounts where money was used to initially pay for those items.
        2. Land Trust will be rolling over 10% of the funding. TSSP will be rolling over close to $40,000 because we had allocated money for workbooks that we don’t.
  2. School Safety Report
    1. Next drill will be the Great Utah Shakeout on April 16
  1. Counselor’s Report
    1. Work Based Learning field trip for 7th graders on April 2.
    2. Career Day coming up on April 16 for 8th graders.
  1. Faculty Report
    1. “Drop Everything and Test” was a success today. The coaches prepared the staff adequately.
  1. Principal’s Report
    1. Mr. Foglyano was announced as teacher of the year.
    2. Grading Scale Change 2026-2027
    3. Identify core competencies from Portrait of a Canyons Scholar to focus citizenship grades on.
