    1. TSSP/Land Trust
      1. Budget
        1. According to the report, we have used 23% of our budget. This isn’t accurate. It will be corrected and updated by April 1.
      2. 2026-2027 Final Approval
        1. Reviewed FTE and staffing numbers allocated by the district.
        2. Reviewed proposed goals for math, reading, and school climate.
        3. Reviewed proposed action steps and budget to complete the goals.
        4. Discussion about Summer Bridge being shortened to run for fewer days to allow teachers to attend the Digital Teaching and Learning Summit.
        5. Vote on Approval of Land Trust Plan

  1. School Safety Report
    1. Next drill will be the Great Utah Shakeout on April 16
  1. Counselor’s Report
    1. Course request cards have been inputted into the system.
    2. Work Based Learning field trip for 7th graders on April 2.
    3. Career Day coming up on April 16 for 8th graders. We are still looking for more parents to volunteer to share their careers.
  1. Faculty Report
    1. The changes made to PLCs this year have been beneficial. Communication has improved between grade levels in order to support kids vertically as they rise through middle school.
