1. Roll Call and Welcome

2. Approve Minutes from January Meeting

   1. MAP Data
      1. Goal Reading: 68%– currently at 69% (met goal)
      2. Goal Math: 65%– currently at 70% (met goal)
      3. Discussed reasons for growth/improvement

4. TSSP/Land Trust
   1. Budget
      1. Discussed FTE allocations and how that impacts our budget
      2. Reviewed draft of TSSP/Land Trust with new goals

5. School Safety Report
   1. Completed January fire drill in a record time
   2. Next drill will be the Great Utah Shakeout

6. Counselor’s Report
   1. Finished last lesson for 6th grade wellness unit
   2. Passing out course cards for current students soon
   3. April 16: Career fair for 8th graders

7. Faculty Report
   1. Teacher absent- skipped faculty report
