1. Welcome & call meeting to order/roll call
Voting Members- James Barron (Chair), Harmony Jones (Vice-Chair)- Absent, Cassie Smith, Marie Seager, Ryan Durant (Principal), Mary Hiebing (Teacher)
Non-Voting attendees- Jacey Wickham(Counselor), Randel Seltz (Vice Principal), Jessica Davies (Parent)
2. March meeting minutes review and approval Motion C. Smith, second R. Durant, approved unanimously.
3. Business items:
- Reviewed updated TSSP and land Trust from last month. Minor grammatical edits
- Motion to approve J. Barron, second C. Smith. All approved M, Seager, R Durant, M. Hiebing, H. Jones (via text)
4. Data review- TSSP/Land Trust
- Purchased math materials, after school program, and prep for 6th grade AVID summer bridge (expenses will be in next years budget).
5. Budgets
- On track, large expenses are pending next month.
- One time costs such as AVID training registration next month.
6. School Safety/ Drills planned this month:
- April is Great Utah Shake Out (20th)
7. Counselor’s Report
- 8th grade career day went well – 12 presenters, included CTE opportunities
- Working on master schedule for next year as well as student schedules
8. Faculty Report / Principal’s Report
- RI and MI are ongoing
- AAPL next week
- RISE upcoming (math and ELA)
- Looking forward to upcoming Summer Bridge
