Locker Clean Out

Hello Mountaineers,

I hope you are doing well. Beginning May 19th we will be inviting students, by last name, to come into the school to clean out their lockers and return checked out items. To accommodate all students, and follow social distancing guidelines, we ask students to attend on their assigned day.

When coming to the school, if your students has any of the following items checked out through the school, please bring them to return:

• Chromebook and Charger (if your student is still using this it may be returned the following week, May 26- May 29. All Chromebooks are due back to the school by May 29.)
• Band Instrument 
• Library Book(s)
• PE Uniform

We will line up by the south west doors by the band room and exit out the north doors by the cafeteria. In order to comply with social distancing guidelines students will line up 6 feet apart outside, and 20 people will be in the building at a time. Please have students wear a face mask if available. Upon entering the building students will be provided with a trash bag to hold their belongings.  While in the building students will return their band instrument and library books, clean out their lockers, and clean out their PE lockers and return their PE uniforms if needed. Tables will be set up in the cafeteria for students to collect their ceramics items, sketch books, and CTE fabric. If your student just needs to return a Chromebook or library book they will not need to enter the building, a return station will be set up outside near the student entrance. If your student ordered a yearbook, it will be available for pick up during this time. Please see the below map which details the route and where stations will be located.

Espero que lo estás haciendo bien. A partir del 19 de mayo, invitaremos a los estudiantes, por apellido, a que entren en la escuela para limpiar sus casilleros y devolver los artículos prestados. Para acomodar a todos los estudiantes y seguir las pautas de distanciamiento social, les pedimos a los estudiantes que asistan en el día asignado.

Cuando venga a la escuela, si sus estudiantes tienen alguno de los siguientes artículos prestados a través de la escuela, tráigalos para que regresen:

• Chromebook y Charger (si su estudiante todavía está usando esto, puede devolverlo la semana siguiente, del 26 de mayo al 29 de mayo. Todos los Chromebook deben regresar a la escuela antes del 29 de mayo).
• Instrumento de banda
• Libros de la biblioteca)
• Uniforme PE

Nos alinearemos por las puertas del suroeste por la sala de la banda y saldremos por las puertas del norte por la cafetería. Para cumplir con las pautas de distanciamiento social, los estudiantes se alinearán a 6 pies de distancia afuera, y 20 personas estarán en el edificio a la vez. Haga que los estudiantes usen una máscara facial si está disponible. Al entrar al edificio, los estudiantes recibirán una bolsa de basura para guardar sus pertenencias. Mientras estén en el edificio, los estudiantes devolverán sus instrumentos de banda y libros de la biblioteca, limpiarán sus casilleros, y limpiarán sus casilleros de educación física y devolverán sus uniformes de educación física si es necesario. Se colocarán mesas en la cafetería para que los estudiantes recojan sus artículos de cerámica, libros de bocetos y tela CTE. Si su estudiante solo necesita devolver un Chromebook o un libro de la biblioteca, no necesitará ingresar al edificio, se establecerá una estación de retorno afuera cerca de la entrada del estudiante. Si su estudiante ordenó un anuario, estará disponible para recoger durante este tiempo. Consulte el siguiente mapa que detalla la ruta y dónde se ubicarán las estaciones.
